Property Management

Once your property is let, it is completely your decision whether you would like to manage the property yourself or whether you would like Leonard Auctioneers to handle the management of your property.

If you decide on Leonard Auctioneers to manage your property, we are the primary contact for the tenants and in the event of a complaint or repair request, we report to the Landlord first, and then ensure that our tradesmen / contractors deal with the issue efficiently and effectively.

Our property management focus

Rent collection and transfer to a chosen bank account
Advise and organise adherence of any ongoing legal safety regulations (e.g. gas safety tests and fire proofing)
Arrange general repairs / maintenance to be carried out subject to an agreed limit (including structural, cosmetic and appliance repairs)
Negotiate with your tenant near the end of their lease term and arrange, as directed by you, either a renewed lease agreement or a deposit return
24 hour repair and maintenance service
